Membership

Alder House Membership

A simple membership for individuals and families who would value having a named clinician they can return to for guidance, continuity, and practical healthcare support.

The idea

Many people feel that modern healthcare can be fragmented. They do not always know who to ask, how to interpret information, or what to do next.

Alder House Membership is designed to provide something more familiar and more continuous: a clinician who becomes aware of your background and can offer practical guidance over time.

The aim is not to replace your GP or specialist care, but to give you a trusted point of continuity and support.

What membership includes

  • An allocated clinician who becomes familiar with your background
  • A complimentary introductory consultation of approximately 10–15 minutes
  • Up to 2 brief phone conversations with your clinician each month
  • Discounted access to further consultations
  • Continuity and guidance over time
  • A clear point of contact when questions arise about health, medicines, results, or next steps

Examples of how members may use the service

  • Questions about medicines or possible side effects
  • Help understanding blood tests or healthcare letters
  • Discussion of minor symptoms and sensible next steps
  • Support thinking through whether GP review may be needed
  • General preventive health and screening questions
