Organisation wellness support
Alder House Clinic offers organisations a clear and well-structured health support model. The core format is an on-site wellness day, designed to give staff access to calm, practical health conversations.
Unlike one-off wellbeing events, the focus is on continuity — helping staff leave with clear next steps and the option for further support if needed.
What a wellness day may include
- Private short staff consultations on-site
- Blood pressure review
- Weight or BMI discussion where appropriate
- Lifestyle and wellbeing review
- Medication discussion where relevant
- Cardiovascular risk discussion
- General health guidance and practical next steps
Appointments are typically 15–20 minutes per staff member.
Follow-up support
Each wellness day includes access to follow-up support, ensuring staff benefit from more than a one-off interaction.
- One included follow-up consultation per staff member
- Telephone or online appointments
- Discussion of health concerns arising after the session
- Review of medication-related questions
- Guidance on whether GP or further review may be appropriate
Follow-up support is available for up to 12 months after the wellness day, with additional consultations available if needed.
Pricing
- Half day (up to 8 staff): £450
- Full day (up to 20 staff): £850
For organisations requiring multiple days or larger groups, bespoke packages can be arranged.
